Amberg has a well thought-out handle with a flatter shape to suit more users and different grips. It is narrower at the front with grooves along the back for better control in precision work. The friction pattern is finer and laboratory tested for a secure grip even in wet, cold or greasy conditions. The three-piece handle combines a sturdy PP core with a TPE outer layer for a balance of strength and comfort. The knife case is symmetrical and can be used by both right and left-handed users.
The 109 mm long blade is 3.2 mm thick and made of deep-cooled Swedish 12C27 stainless steel with classic Scandi grinding and an HRC of 58. The combination provides a strong and durable edge that holds its sharpness for a long time and is easy to maintain in the field.
