Casström NO10, Swedish forestry knife
The Casström No.10 SFK with stabilized Masurian birch handle and flat grinding is perfect for hunting, fishing and wilderness living. With this knife you can easily skin a moose, fillet a fish or carve a piece of wood.
The No.10 was the first knife Casström designed and therefore holds a special place in the hearts of the Casström team. Among outdoor enthusiasts, the No.10 only becomes more appreciated over time. Why - because you can work hard with it and still feel that it won't let you down. And that's all you can ask for in a knife!
More about Casström NO10, Swedish Forestry Knife
Stabilized Masur / Stainless steel:
-Shaft with ergonomic shape and beautifully patterned Masurian birch with polished finish. The wood is stabilized by vacuum injection of acrylic which makes it stable, durable and protected against moisture and dirt.
-Case in heavy vegetable tanned European leather with drainage holes.
Blade made of 14C28N stainless steel from Swedish Sandvik, which after a special hardening with deep cooling keeps its sharpness very well.
-The flat sharpening together with the steel properties make the knife easy to cut with, effective for versatile use and easy to break. The grinding is not optimized for wood splitting or breaking - the blade can be damaged - but the focus is on cutting effectively.
