The 78 can easily handle a party of up to 15 people. The hob can be used in combination with the supplied gas burner on a stand, but also directly over an open fire. The hob is made of high-quality hot-rolled steel and comes with an enameled surface, ready to cook on. The stylish handles, in chromed spring steel, have taken both inspiration and function from beautiful and sturdy old wood stoves, the handles stay cooler than the hob. Hällmark of Sweden is born out of the Swedish rocky terrain, solid and almost indestructible. The gas burner provides fast heat that is easily adjusted as needed.
