How to cook a portion of LyoFood Cream of leek and onion soup?
Simply, tear off the lid of the bag, remove the oxygen absorber and add the intended amount of water. Stir well and leave to stand for about 10 minutes. Stir a few more times in the meantime to ensure that all freeze-dried food has come into contact with water.
