Gott Skott Eggs and Rice
Eggs & Rice is a mild but flavorful freeze-dried dish that works equally well for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The base consists of eggs and rice combined with sun-dried tomatoes, two different cheeses and a creamy basil crème fraîche. The result is a rich dish with saltiness, acidity and herbal flavors. The dish is designed to provide good energy and long-lasting satiety, while being easy to carry and quick to prepare - just add hot water directly to the bag.
Eggs & Rice also works well as a base for a larger meal. If you want to make the dish even more filling, you can easily combine it with fresh ingredients, for example by filling a halloumi wrap or serving it with bread or vegetables. All Gott Skott's dishes are produced in their kitchen located in the heart of Skåne, Höör.
Preparation Gott Skott Eggs and Rice:
Add 160ml boiling water, let stand for 6 minutes or until the dish has rehydrated.
